Guitar & Flute  Among his many musical activities, Tim Kain has enjoyed a long and very successful collaboration with flautist Virginia Taylor in their duo, Virginia Taylor and Timothy Kain.
Repertoire Flute and guitar enjoys one of the richest chamber music repertoires. Composers from all over the world have endowed this instrumental combination with vital and beautiful music that has an immediate appeal to a wide range of audiences. The duo also plays pieces that they have commissioned from Australian composers or arranged for flute and guitar from the standard repertoire. Virgina Taylor and Timothy Kain have toured and recorded for over 20 years, including tours for both Musica Viva and the ABC in Australia and overseas.
